CG Power Systems USA Inc is one of the world's top ten manufacturers of three-phase transformers. The Group operates manufacturing plants and subsidiary companies on three continents. These plants produce more than 30,000 transformers each year, representing a total output of some 30,000MVA.

A consolidated annual turnover of more than EURO 325 million, over half of which is realized outside Europe, reflects the international efforts of the companies' nearly 2,000 employees. In Saudi Arabia, distribution transformers and compact substations are produced with technical assistance from CG Power Systems.
